This house, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is situated in the Las Marinas area of the historic Spanish town of Denia, the development is made up of 30 properties in an exclusive residential area.
The complex has a large pool and a children’s pool, large private garden and secured parking, it is approximately 5 minutes walk to all local amenities including the long sandy beach which is approximately 22km long, a good selection of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets along this stretch of coast and a variety of shops.
