You can search for your perfect holiday home in a number of ways:
Use the 'Enter Destination or Villa' box on the top right of the screen.
If you don't know what you're looking for, but you know which country you'd like to go to, use this search box to type in the country or region name. For example, type 'Tuscany'.
If you already know the Villa name or Property Code of the holiday home you'd like to stay in, type this in here.
Use the Search Form on the left side of the screen.
Search by Villa Name or Property Code
Search by Location
Search by Price
Search by Availability
If you've found a holiday home you're interested in and have some further questions or want to book it, you need to contact the Property Owner directly.
Please use the 'Booking Enquiry' form on the right side of the Property Page where you'll need to fill in:
Your name.
Your email address.
The dates you're interested in staying.
A brief message detailing your enquiry.
Then click 'Book it'.
This will send your enquiry through to the Property Owner who will email you back directly using the email address you've provided.
On each Property Page, there is a calendar showing availability. This can be accessed from anywhere on the page by clicking on the 'Availability' Tab. This is updated by the Property Owner on a regular basis.
If the dates on the calendar are shaded in orange, they are not available.
If you wish to search for all available properties in a specific date range, please use our the Availability Search function on the search box on the left hand side.
- How Do I Make A Shortlist?
If there are a number of properties you are interested in, you can add them to a shortlist and view them later to help you choose your favourite.
On each Property Page at the top above the 'Key Facts' is an 'Add to Shortlist' button. Click this to add the property you're viewing to your shortlist.
In order to view your Shortlist at any time, click on the 'Shortlist' link at the top right of the page.
- How Do I Share An Advert?
If you want to share a Property you like with a friend, you can do this via Facebook or Twitter if you have these accounts set-up.
At the top of each Property Page, next to the 'Add to Shortlist' button, there are links which will take you to the Facebook or Twitter log-in pages.
Once logged in, the Property Page will then be displayed to your friends or followers.
- How Do I Contact A Property Owner?
Please use the 'Booking Enquiry' form on the right side of the Property Page where you'll need to fill in:
Your name.
Your email address.
The dates you're interested in staying.
A brief message detailing your enquiry.
Then click 'Book it'.
This will send your enquiry through to the Property Owner who will email you back directly using the email address you've provided.
- Will I Have To Pay A Deposit?
All bookings and payments are made directly with the Property Owner. We recommend you ask for full details on any booking questions you have before proceeding with your booking.
Booking procedures vary from owner to owner, but most will send you a contract detailing the agreed booking details and will require an initial deposit from you. They will usually require the balance to be paid nearer the time of your holiday, but if you are travelling shortly you may be required to make full payment upfront.
Some property owners will also ask for a refundable security deposit which may be used to pay for any damages or repairs.
- How Do I Make A Booking?
All bookings are made directly with the Property Owner or Manager.
In order to make a booking please fill out the 'Booking Form' on the right side of the Property Page where you'll need to fill in:
Your name
Your email address
The dates you're interested in
A brief message detailing your enquiry.
Then click 'Book it'.
This will send your enquiry through to the Property Owner who will email you back directly using the email address you've provided.
For your security, before you confirm your booking, we recommend the following:
Get the full details of the owner or advertiser including their address, email address and telephone numbers.
Ask to speak to the owner or advertiser on the telephone as well as emailing them. This confirms the owner is genuine.
Ask as many questions as you need to ensure you're happy with your decision.
Check the payment details and options.
Ask for a Booking Contract and confirmation.
Read any Reviews from previous holidaymakers.
If you are unsure about any aspect of your booking, please check with the Property Owner or Manager. If you are unhappy with the service they give you, please let us know and we will investigate further for you.

- How Do I Make A Complaint About A Holiday Home?
All booking queries throughout the process from enquiry to holiday take place directly between yourself and the Property Owner or Manager.
All complaints should be directed to the Property Owner or Manager as soon as possible.
When making a booking, you should receive contact details of the Property Owner. Please keep this information safe. You will usually be given the contact details of someone who you can contact with any queries about your holiday home whilst you are on holiday. We recommend you check your booking contract for this information.
