Our ground floor apartment is situated on a small complex set in its own private gardens, with a swimming pool, and grassed area, ideal for sunbathing. The safe, sandy beach can be reached only by foot, just down some steps from our front path. Along the beach there is a small restaurant with a bar. A well-stocked supermarket is five minutes walk away. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby, also a variety of souvenir shops.
Additional Information
Many of our past visitors have written to us saying how they really enjoyed the privacy and tranquillity of our lovely old property. The beach is sandy, and the water is shallow for a long way out, with no strong currents - so it is very safe for children. Additionally, the beach can be seen from the kitchen and veranda, so monitoring children's activities is easy. We live in the next villa, so we are always on hand if you encounter any problems during your stay.

Rental Notes
If a fifth person shares, then there is an extra charge of £5 daily for additional sheets, cleaning
etc. There is a 20% discount for periods over two weeks. Please ask us for details.
Changeover Day
Fridays preferred, but we can be flexible. Check with us first.
Accommodation Details

| Kitchen: | Kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge. Iron and ironing board. |
| Living Room: | Large, spacious lounge with TV and limited sky package, video with a selection of children’s and family films. CD player with a few CD's. |
| Other Areas: | Lounge leads onto a raised balcony with sea views. |
| Domestic Services: | All linen and towels will be provided and changed weekly. |
| Appliances / Facilites: | Built-in hob, separate oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, shared pool (with villa next door - often unoccupied) |
| External: | There is a large grassed area by the swimming pool. Also the nearby ‘Poolside Bar' does meals and has a play area and pool tables. |
Getting There
A taxi from Fornella airport takes about 20 minutes. This can also be booked for the return journey locally.
Details on car hire can be given on request.
Booking Conditions
A non-returnable deposit of 10% will be required at the time of booking. The balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure, or as agreed with us A separate cheque of £200 is also required at this time to cover any damages, which will be returned to you less the cost of any damages at the end of your stay.
