The apartment is a bright and modern home with a large balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool area and beautiful landscaped gardens. Also has views of the sea and nature reserve. Well furnished with all mod-cons; TV, CD, DVD, microwave. The all-year-round sunshine (over 3000 hours) and the lowest rainfall in Europe, makes it a great winter holiday as well as a fantastic summer break. A 40 minute drive from Almeria airport with good golfing facilities on the doorstep. There are a wealth of restaurants, bars and 4* & 5* hotels which welcome visitors.
Additional Information
The balcony overlooks the pool area and gardens and the large pool is for the sole use of the apartment owners only. The beach is 1 minute walk away and can be seen from the balcony. There is a protected natural park next door and a choice of golf courses.

Getting There
