This first floor, two bedroom apartment, on a lovely gated complex. It comes fully furnished and has a large, private sun roof.
Just a few minutes walk away from our holiday accommodation, is the eight km long, blue flag, wide sandy Vera playa beach, which is never overcrowded. Bars and restaurants are scattered along the beach most being open into the night. A water park is just a 100m away. Within walking distance of the apartment, is the only waterpark in north Almeria, it is on a slope which faces the other way so little noise is heard.

| Bedrooms: | There are two bedrooms, one double, one twin bedded, both with large built in wardrobes with plenty of coat hangers. The double bedroom also has a chest of drawers and a safe fitted. There is a pull out single bed under the sofa and a baby cot can be arranged on request. |
| Bathroom(s): | Bathroom has bath with shower over, bidet & sink with mirror. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen and utility room are fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave. |
| Living Room: | The lounge diner has a settee, armchair, coffee table, dining room table with chairs, TV, DVD, Sky (free to view channels) and a music system. The large balcony off the lounge is furnished with table and chairs and is an ideal place for meals as it has the sun for most of the day. |
| Other Areas: | The large, private roof terrace has plenty of shade, a BBQ, shower and a large storage box with sun loungers. The views from the roof are lovely, the sea to one side and the mountains to the other side. |
| Domestic Services: | Inc in cost is clean after use and a change of linen per week, extra linen & cleaning on request. |

Getting There
Almeria airport is the nearest only 90 kms away, Murcia-San Javier 145km, while Alicante is 200 kms. The road links from all these airports are excellent, being motorway most of the way. Murcia airport (San Javier) has a new toll motorway which goes right to Vera. There are now daily flights from most UK airports making the apartment very accessible.

Prices shown are weekly rates for the apartment. We do offer a daily rate for short breaks or part weeks, please contact us for an exact quote.
The weekly price includes bed linen and towels. We can arrange welcome packs, shopping and golf bookings. Cot hire on request, highchair available.
