Booking Conditions
Should you wish to book the place I will require £100 booking/security deposit. The electricity meter will be read upon arrival and again before your departure and the units consumed will be calculated and deducted from the deposit. The full balance will be required 8 weeks before your arrival date.
Cancellation refunds:
up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund
Arrival and departure times:
Normally there is no arrival time and the departure time is flexible unless the place is booked for the day after because it will have to be cleaned so the place will need to be vacated by noon. Linen is provided with the exception of beach towels.
