Casa Avellano is situated in a quiet road close to the village centre of Calan Porter, which is a lively resort by Menorcan standards. There are a number of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa has a great location, overlooking open countryside. Outside the villa there is a private pool with mature garden and large sun terrace. From the lounge there is a patio area with brick built barbecue for dining alfresco. All towels/linen are supplied (except beach towels)
Additional Information
Changeover days are Mondays and must remain, normal departure time is 10am and arrival after 2pm. The times are flexible by arrangement with house manager.

Getting There
Calan Porter is located in the heart of the south coast of the island and about 12km from Mahon airport. this should take no longer than 15 mins to drive and taxis are available, cost about 25 euros. It is clearly signposted from the airport
