Our comfortably furnished 3 bedroomed house is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the beautiful north coast of Menorca. The property is spacious with a large balcony, ideal for dining alfresco and enjoying a relaxing glass or two of wine at the end of a beautiful Menorcan day.
Additional Information
Coves Noves is an urbanisation with its own bars / supermarkets and restaurants. There is even a fun, safe and supervised play area for the children while you enjoy a quiet drink at one of the outdoor bars.
The horse shoe bay of Arenal d'en Castell is a pleasant 15 minute walk. The bay itself has a gently shelving beach. The beach is large enough to never feel overcrowded. The resort is popular with families and couples seeking a relaxing holiday.
The fishing village of Na Macaret, where there is a small beach and Addaia with its marina are also within easy reach.
The only golf course (18 holes) on the island is at Son Parc which is a 15 minute drive away.
Diving is available in the local area and there are many excellent dive sites all around Menorca.
There are two cashpoints in Arenal. Banks are to be found in the bigger towns such as Mahon, Alaior or Ferreries. During the Summer months there is a regular bus service from Arenal into Mahon.
Mahon has a street market (on specific days), Gin Factory and a beautiful harbour - boat trips around the harbour are available. Menorca offers more beaches than the other Balearics and is ideal for families and couples seeking sun, sea and relaxation. To get the best from your holiday to Menorca car hire is recommended. The old capital of Ciutadella is approx 35 minutes away, it is a complete contrast to Mahon, and very picturesque.

Rental Notes
Cots and highchairs are available at a small additional charge. The accommodation is ideal for families and couples alike. It is a very friendly community where respect for the Spanish way of life is appreciated.
Changeover Day
We try to be as flexible as possible, but during the high season (Jun, Jul, Aug), changeover is fixed to FRIDAYS.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with kingsize bed and full en-suite bathroom. |
| Bathroom(s): | En suite bathroom to Bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, wash basin, wc and bidet plus extractor fan. |
| Kitchen: | Well equipped kitchen with ample crockery, cutlery and glassware. Main equipment consists of electric cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, 2nd fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron with ironing board and an expresso coffee machine. |
| Living Room: | Large airy and bright open plan lounge/dining area with ceiling fan, which opens directly on to the large balcony. Comfortably furnished with ample seating for 8. Satellite TV (with BBC & ITV), Video Recorder (with videos) and CD player are provided. |
| Other Areas: | There is a storage room beneath the property where you will find sun loungers and accessories for use by the pool. |
| Domestic Services: | All bed linen and towels are included and are changed once a week. Property is thoroughly cleaned at changeover. Please bring your own beach towels.A property management company is on hand for any problems 24/7. |
| Appliances / Facilites: | Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, additional fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, tv, room fans, cot, high chair, barbecue, shared pool. |
| External: | We have two gardens, front and rear, the front has dining area and bbq, while the rear is turfed with the garden generally being in bloom all year round. The rear garden lead into the well kept communal gardens and swimming pool with a smaller one for the children. As this ia a private complex the pool is rarely busy, you may often find yourselves the only ones there. Please note that for safety reasons inflatables are not allowed in the swimming pool. |
Getting There
Menorca's airport in Mahon is a 20 minute drive. Car hire is not essential, but is recommended. All roads are very well signposted and it is a pleasure to drive on this island. Taxi fare from the airport to Coves Noves is approx 30 Euros. We will be happy to assist finding flights or car hire if help is needed.
Booking Conditions
A deposit of £100 per week booked is needed to secure the booking. Balance is to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £200 is required with the balance. This will be returned in full within 7 days of holiday completion (providing there is no loss or damage). Please ensure you arrange comprehensive travel insurance for your holiday.
