The property has 2 huge lounges and a dining room table which can seat 16 so is very spacious. Rustically decorated and on 2 floors it has balconies and verandas as well as a seperate playroom. The pool is down one terrace level and as well as 11,000 m2 of fruit terraces there is a lawn area and parking for several cars. 7 golf courses are within 15 minutes drive and the area is the polo-playing center of Europe. Marbella is about 40 mins away.
Additional Information
The situation of the villa is 1 km from a lovely local village with supermarkets, good restaurants and a morning churros stall where they make this local Spanish speciality fresh for customers. Traditional "white hanging villages" such as Gaucin, Casares and Jimena are nearby. Day visits to Tangiers in Morocco are also worth trying. The windsurfing mecca of Tarifa and of course Gibraltar are also wonderful days out. This is the unspoiled past of the Costa del Sol but the nightlife of Estepona (30 mins) and Marbella (40 mins) are not that far away.
