On a small exclusive development with a communal pool, our villa has a double bedroom plus ensuite on both levels. The beach is less than 100 metres, with sandy swimming beaches associated with hotels a further 100 metres to each side. There is a well stocked supermarket together with bars, cafes, restaurants and general shopping less than 5 minutes walk. With a car parking space to the front this is a very quiet spot and no children are allowed. A non smoking villa. Price £350 - 650 per week
Additional Information
1) All linen and towels are included.
2) Full cleaning prior to and following your stay with an intermediate full clean every complete week.
3) Welcome pack covering all your basic requirements for the first 24 hours is provided with a bottle of choice local red wine..
4) A pick-up service is available from / to Paphos or Larnaka Airport. Paphos is £40, Larnaka £80 – each way.
5) Cost is a weekly rate which can be reduced to a daily rate with a minimum of one weeks booking.

Paphos airport is about 30 minutes by car/taxi, whilst Larnaca is 2 hours. A pick up service is available with prior notice. £40 Paphos, £80 Larnaca.
