Denia is a delightful, cosmopolitan town rich in history and culture which provides interest for all the family with its 17th century castle, picturesque harbour and marina which offers daily sea voyages to Ibiza and Mallorca and 20km of gently sloping sandy beaches accredited by the World Health Organization with a blue flag standard and monitored by the Red Cross Beach Patrol.A range of water sports is on offer such as wind surfing, jet biking or sailing. The warm seas are perfect for diving, snorkeling and water skiing. For those interested in yachting the Valencia regattas are held in May and June of 2006 in preparation for the climax of the 32nd Americas Cup Match in 2007.
There are also a range of other sports on offer.For golfers the internationally renowned course at La Sella and the Seve Balesteros designed course at Oliva are only 20 mins away. Football fans can head for Valencia and with go-karting, quad-biking, tennis, bowls etc- you name it and it's never too far away.
Apart from the sporting activities there is plenty for the kids to do should they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 30 mins away there are many attractions for all ages including a Safari Park, Mundomar an Animal Water Park, Aqualandia a theme Swimming Park ,Terra Natura an animal park and Terra Mitica a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.

Rental Notes
The rates shown are for renting the apartment per week in pounds sterling and include the provision of linen and towels which are changed weekly, full cleaning between lets, all gas,water and electricity.
Christmas / New Year period will be charged an additional £100 per week.
Discounts are available for bookings greater than 2 weeks.
Changeover Day
Changeover day is completely flexible. The apartment is available on arrival from 5pm and should be vacated by 10am on departure, however these times are flexible depending upon other bookings.

| Living Room: | The spacious lounge has been stylishly furnished in a contemporary style with leather sofas and smart dining table and chairs. It has DVD / CD players and LCD flat screen TV with cable providing all UK and satellite channels. |

| External: | The large private terrace has table and chairs for 'alfesco' dining. aThe apartment complex has an excellent range of facilities specifically designed to provide maximum enjoyment for adults and children - a large 'dolphin-shaped' pool and shallower pools for toddlers set in landscaped gardens with sun loungers provided, a safe children’s playground and covered entertainment area to provide shade from the mid-day sun together with a social lounge, a business (internet) centre, gymnasium, sauna and fitness room. |
Getting There
The apartment is just over an hours drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports.Both these airports are served by low cost airlines such as Easyjet, Monarch and Ryan Air flying from many locations in the the UK. An airport transfer service is available for 85 Euros from Alicante and 90 Euros from Valencia for up to 8 adults and their luggage.Car hire can be arranged in advance and the vehicle collected from the airport. Although a car is recommended it is not essential due to the apartments superb location- it is within walking distance of the safe,sandy Las Marinas beach and the lively bars, restaurants and shops of Denia town centre.There is also a local bus and train service running to Benidorm and Alicante.
Booking Conditions
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period together with a £150 refundable security deposit.Cots and hire chairs can be arranged on request. The apartment is not looked after by rental agents-you will receive a personal touch as it privately owned and managed by us to our high standards and we can respond to your call for assistance at short notice should the need arise.
