If there is a request for longer than two week stay a price reduction would be considered
Changeover Day
It will be expected that the apartmented would vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure and can be occupied by 1600 hours on day of arrival

| Domestic Services: | Hot water available continually. The cooker in the kitchen is gas/electric. There are no additional charges for electricity |

Getting There
Cannes is approx 40mins from Nice Airport. There is an Aircoach service from the Airport and it operates every half hour. There is also a taxi service from the airport.
Booking Conditions
A 15% deposit will be required to confirm the booking. The remainder of the rent will be required a month before date of arrival. There is also a €100 deposit required for security which will be returned if there is no damage to the apartment. Sheets and towels are available at a cost of €20 per bed.
