Fully equipped villa in pleasant area of the sandy, coastal resort of Cala'n Porter. It overlooks our heated swimming pool and has patio area for children to play.

Sleeps 6/7 with one double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. There is a bedsettee available in the lounge for the extra guest.

Cala'n Porter is on the south of Menorca about 15' from the airport. Our 3 bedroom villas lie in a quiet area of the resort and share our heated swimming pool. All 3 are equipped to a high standard with all bedlinen, crockery etc. They have cookers, microwave ovens, washing machines, dishwashers, hairdryers and TV. Safes are installed for personal security. On the patios there are plenty of sun loungers and sun shades plus BBQ for the enthusiastic.

Changeover Day

Villas must be vacated by 10.00am and entry not guaranteed before 2.00pm to allow for cleaning.

Accommodation Details

Bedrooms:	All beds are fitted with very comfortable mattresses, sheets, blankets/douvets and pillows - more are available where required.
Bathroom(s):	One bathroom with WC, washbasin, bath & shower and another with WC, washbasin & shower.
Kitchen:	Roomy kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, cooker, microwave, frig/freezer, dishwasher, coffee percolater, toaster, washing machine.
Living Room:	lounge/dining room with large table which can sit 8 a settee and easy chairs.
Other Areas:	Pump room adjacent to kitchen
Domestic Services:	villa is prepared for arrival and all linen replaced each week.
Appliances / Facilites:	frdg/freezer, dishwasher, w/machine, ironing table & iron, satellite TV, hairdryer, safe, BBQ
External:	Colourful garden area surrounds the villa on two sides. Some games available for outside use and also some for indoors. The beach is wihtin 10 minute walk and restaurants, bars, shops within 5 minute walk.

Getting There

Many taxis are available for hire at the airport and the journey takes 10 - 15 minutes. For those who wish to hire a car this can be available at the airport. The journey to the villa is simple - no big towns to go through - and we send sketch maps to anyone wishing to do this.

Booking Conditions

On booking we ask for a non returnable deposit of £100/week. The balance is due to be paid 8 weeks before departure.If cancellation occurs thereafter it is assumed that clients have holiday insurance to cover loss. Breakages of major items must be paid for.
