Our centrally located 1st floor apartment is situated on a small, quiet complex. There is an adults and childrens pool set in mature gardens.Our apartment consists of 2 light and airy twin bedded rooms, with large fitted wardrobes.In the lounge there is a dining table and chairs, settee with a pull out bed, colour TV with limited Sky channels,video with a choice of childrens and family videos,cassette/radio/CD player with a selection of discs.The kitchen has a microwave,toaster,kettle,electric oven and hob.An adequate supply of dishes,cutlery and saucepans etc is supplied.
Additional Information
We have installed a safe and smoke alarm in the apartment. There is a selection of books, games and childrens beach equipment.

Rental Notes
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Prices shown are inclusive per week for 4 people. There is an extra charge of £35 per week per additional person. We offer a discount for 2 weeks booked and long lets during the off season can be negotiated.
Changeover Day
Fridays. The apartment must be vacated by 10.00am on your departure day and arrivals no earlier than 2.00pm to allow adequate time for change of laundry and apartment cleaning.

Getting There
Cala n Porter is about 15 minutes from Mahon airport.Taxis are readily available and costs approx 18 euros.Car hire can be arranged for collection on arrival.There is a taxi rank in the resort if required.
Booking Conditions
A non-returnable deposit of 10% of the weekly rental is required at the time of booking.The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.A separate returnable cheque of £200 is also required at this time to cover any damages that may occur.This will be returned 7 days after your return.
