Our extremely spacious (over twice the size of those in the final phase of El Presidente) and luxurious apartment is maintained and furnished to a very high standard and is very comfortable and homely. Being a corner apartment it also benefits from a great deal of natural light. We are just 150 m from the beach, have 5 swimming pools (1 heated), tennis courts, 2 children's play areas and many excellent restaurants just outside of the complex. We are also able to offer one and three bedroom apartments from 400 euros per week. El Presidente, where we also live, is a wonderful beach-side complex situated on the original Marbella 'Golden Mile' and generally regarded as one of the best complexes on the coast.
We are ideally located away from the turmoil of Puerto Banus and yet it is just an easy five-minute drive along the coast road that separates us. Indeed it would be impossible to find a more spacious and luxurious complex at this price anywhere along the coast and certainly not in Puerto Banus or Marbella where they are much more compactly built.
We are also ideally placed to access the numerous nearby leisure and sporting facilities and to visit the nearby coastal towns of Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona, and the inland towns of Ronda, Casares and Benahavis (just ten minutes away and with excellent restaurants!) as well as the wonderful cities of Granada, Seville and Cordoba.

| Other Areas: | The main terrace has two sun loungers and six seater dining table, as well as a wonderful view overlooking the beautiful gardens and main swimming pool. |
| Domestic Services: | A weekly clean of the apartment and change of bed linen and towels are included, additional cleaning on request. |
| Appliances / Facilites: | Satellite television, free wireless high speed internet connection, dvd, cd and cassette players, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee-maker. |
| External: | Our El Presidente complex has five swimming pools, one of which is heated, plus four tennis courts, two paddle tennis courts and a golf practice area that are free for our guets to use. The beach is just 150 m away where there are three beach bar restaurants. Also within a short walking distance are bars, shops, banks and many excellent restaurants. |
Getting There
El Presidente is an easy forty minute drive from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. We can either arrange for your transfer from Malaga airport or help you with discounted car hire.
Booking Conditions
A deposit is required once our confirmation has been given with the balance to be paid following your arrival. The deposit is returnable up to two months prior to arrival.
