Bedrooms:	Main bedroom has 5 ft bed and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom(s):	Main bathroom has wc, wash hand basin, bath with shower and bidet. Ensuite has shower cubicle, wc and wash hand basin
Kitchen:	Open plan kitchen is fully fitted with oven, ceramic hob, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, iron and ironing board
Living Room:	The living room has a sofa that pulls out to make a double bed. There is satellite TV and DVD and CD players with a small selection of dvd's and cd's. There is also a selection of board games and books.

Getting There

The apartment is located 45 kms distance south of Alicante airport and 20 kms from Murcia airport.

Booking Conditions

A £100 deposit is required after confirmation of booking and the balance to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure. If your booking is less than 8 weeks before departure then please send the total rental fees at the time of booking. A £100 refundable deposit against key return/breakage is required with the final payment, this will be returned in full upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment by our agent. If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the property to suitable applicants and keep the deposit if we are unsuccessful. There is an end of let cleaning fee of 60 euros to be locally on arrival.
