I have a sister villa being built for May 2006 , also 5 bedrooms and with private pool near to the river and village centre and nehind an orange grove. This is disabled friendly with 2 ground floor bedrooms ramp accessed and also wet rooms with turning circle for a wheelchair and all main areas accesssible by wheel chair. It is however total luxury with Plasma Theatre below ground and 5 all ensuite bedrooms plus outside poolside bar, BBQ, Jacuzzi etc
