Villa Vita Nova is a lovely villa in a secluded residential cul-de-sac. It is situated in the heart of Benalmadena Costa, just minutes walk from the sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina.

All the amenities are just minutes walk away - shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, and tourist attractions.

The rooms in the villa are large, bright and spacious. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa will sleep 9, but there is most privacy for a maximum of 6 adults. The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms, both twins, one with its own terrace. There is a Jacuzzi in the main bathroom. The lounge is 24’ x 15’ and opens on to a semi-circular terrace. It has a Chesterfield leather suite plus sofa bed. There is a further sofa bed in the separate dining room. Satellite TV is provided and you will also find a DVD player and HiFi.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, etc..

Outside there are various patio areas that are either sunny or shady depending on which you prefer. There is a roof top terrace for the real sun-worshippers! The BBQ area is beside the pool, so you can cool off while someone cooks up a BBQ! Or maybe you can challenge someone to a game of pool at the pool table or even an energetic game of table tennis – looser has to cook!

Entertainment for the family ranges from historic sites such as Granada and Rhonda or the local activities such as the Aquapark, Marine Centre and Tivoli World Amusement Park. At the Marina there are dolphin trips and a Sea Life Centre. Local markets are interesting and there is a cable car to take you into the mountains. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are all within easy walking distance.

Within a very close distance is the wide range of golf clubs on the Costa and we can help with your arrangements if you like. There are excellent courses within easy driving distance - if you are a party of all golfers or family coming along too, this is a good place to be! There is plenty to amuse the family while the golfers are away, and good places to eat in the evening are within easy walking distance.
