No.16 is a ground floor unit and has a south-west facing balcony with tremendous views over the two golf courses on the urbanization and the mountains behind.

Mijas Golf is situated about 4 km outside Fuengirola, on the road to Coin. The bustling town of Fuengirola has wonderful beaches, restaurants, bars, an English theatre, and a range of every conceivable shop from a typical Spanish Market to major hypermarket stores.
The apartment overlooks the two championship golf courses of Mijas Golf, with the clubhouse some seven minutes walk. There are a further six courses within a few minutes drive and a total of around 57 in the vicinity.

Rental Notes
All charges include bed linen, towels, electricity, and cleaning on departure. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and in outside areas. Pets are not permitted.
A welcome pack is provided and the English owners will greet upon your arrival.
Changeover Day
Rentals normally run from 2pm Saturday of arrival to 10am Saturday of departure, (to allow for cleaning), but changeovers on oter days can sometimes be arranged on payment of a surcharge.

| Bedrooms: | Attractive bedroom with a king-sized double bed and built-in wardrobe. On request the bedroom can be configured with twin beds. |
| Bathroom(s): | Delightful marble tiled bathroom with bath/shower over, washbasin, bidet, wc. |
| Kitchen: | Open-plan fully-fitted kitchen with microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine. |
| Living Room: | The apartment has an entrance hall leading to the nicely furnished living/dining room. Combined heating/air conditioning is installed making for all year round comfort, and the sofa converts to a double bed enabling the apartment to sleep four people. |
| Other Areas: | Lounge leads onto balcony with views over the golf course and towards the mountains. |
| Domestic Services: | All linen and towels (not for use on beach or around pool) provided and changed weekly. |
| Appliances / Facilites: | Air conditioning/heating, satellite tv (bring your own Sky card), radio, iron/ironing board. |
| External: | Outside the front door are steps leading to the very attractive pool and garden area which are exclusive to the complex. The apartment overlooks the two championship golf courses of Mijas Golf, with the clubhouse some seven minutes walk. Situated just outside the main entrance are two typically Spanish restaurant/bars offering excellent hospitality at a reasonable price. |
Getting There
A taxi from Malaga airport takes about 25 minutes and costs around 30 euros. There is a good train service from the airport to Fuengirola, from where a taxi costs around 10 euros. We also arrange an airport pick-up service, however we do recommend hiring a car to fully appreciate the amenities of the area. We can arrange reliable car hire at reasonable rates.
Booking Conditions
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required on booking, final balance 6 weeks prior your arrival. We strongly advise holiday travel insurance to include cancellation cover as no refunds will be made.
