Attractive 3 twin bedroom/2 bathroom apartment looking onto the golf course at Isla Canela. The apartment is on the first floor and has a large south-east facing balcony. The entire property is fitted with mosquito nets. Situated within a quiet and secure gated community. There are two communal swimming pools and two paddle-tennis courts. The Club House, 1st Tee and driving range are three minutes from the apartment. Residents enjoy subsidised green fees.

There is a selection of indoor & outdoor games including paddle tennis bats.
There is also a DVD and CD player with a selection of films and music available.
You will also find a selection of books avaiable for exchange.
Isla Canela Golf offers an eighteen-hole course with subsidised green fees for residents. There is also a driving range, putting and practice area and lessons are available with the resident Golf Pro. The 1st tee and Club House is about a 9 iron from the apartment.
There are ten other golf courses in Spain & Portugal, all within a 40 minute drive of the apartment, including Islantilla, Nuevo Portil, Castro de Marim and Benamor.

A 'FREE' CD/DVD (PC playback only) of the apartment and surrounding area is available upon request.
A deposit of £5.00 is required to cover costs and postage. The deposit will be returned when the CD/DVD has been, or a booking is made. This not a profit making scheme.
