Seafront private luxury villa, overlooking the Greek island of Meis, with spectacular views of some of the most dramatic, unspoiled coastline in the Mediterranean. The villa is located on the Cukurbag peninsular and is 30 meters from the sea (via own path) and approximately 4kms from the town of Kas.
Additional Information
Villa Murat is approx 4kms from the town of Kas. There is a good choice of small local hotels within walking distance of the villa where a meal or drinks are available in beautiful surroundings. Kas is a small picturesque harbour town in a lovely bay under the sheer green Taurus mountains. A world apart from the overcrowded tourist resorts, it still has its typical scenery; small houses with wooden balconies, cobbled streets, traditional market and attractive harbour with fishing boats. There are many excellent and varied restaurants, tea gardens, bars and cafes, craft and clothes shops. Activities include scuba diving, gullet trips, paragliding and treking. There are many historical remains to explore including the amazing rock tombs, sarcophagi and the Kas amphitheatre. We can arrange trips aboard a private gullet at very reasonable prices. Fresh bread can be delivered daily by arrangement.

Rental Notes
Included in the price of your holiday is the cost of transfers from Dalaman airport by car and driver to and from the villa. The journey time is 2 hours 30 mins approx. However, depending on the size of your party if a people carrier or minibus is required this will be at an additional cost of £50.
Changeover Day
Change over days are flexible. You may be able to arrrive and depart from your villa at times to suit you. This however depends on the arrival of other guests.

| External: | Beautiful private and shared garden areas surround the villa and we provide outdoor furniture, sunbeds and parasols. The pool is shared with 3 other villas and is a good size for swimming . There are steps leading to the sea which is at the bottom of the garden. It is clean and calm and offers wonderful opportunities for swimming and snorkelling |
Getting There
The nearest airport is Dalaman. The transfers from the airport by car with a driver is included in the price of your holiday. However, if a minibus or people carrier is required there will be an additional charge of £50.
Booking Conditions
A non-refundable 20% deposit required at time of booking. The balance is payable 12 weeks before your holiday start date. Breakages are charged at cost.
