Monteviste is to be found in an old Italian hill village called Torre dei Nolfi overlooking a beautiful valley through which runs the river Sagittarius. The apartment itself is on two levels both with tiled floors and vaulted ceilings. The bedrooms have balconies which look over the valley, while the lower floor (taverna) leads onto a lovely patio area again overlooking the valley towards the Maiella mountains. And whilst a lot of Italy can look a little parched in summertime, here in the Apennine mountains the trees, valleys and meadows are always green and inviting.
