Property Acceptance Terms and Conditions
Contractual Basis
1. Medwelcome accepts property display details from owners and agents in good faith as being a true and accurate representation, both textually and photographically, of the villa, apartment or other property, facilities and environs described, and it is a condition of acceptance of the material that the owner or his agent indemnifies Medwelcome against any and all claims arising from inclusion of the property details on this website.
2. Medwelcome will take care to reproduce as accurately as possible both the text and the photographs submitted, but cannot be held responsible for any direct or consequential losses arising from inadvertent errors or omissions.
3. Medwelcome reserves the right to adjust the layout and wording of copy submitted if necessary, and cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential losses thus arising.
4. At its discretion, Medwelcome may include link banners on a property page, if it is felt that owners or clients could benefit from the additional services offered.
5. A display page on the Medwelcome site is for the purpose of advertising a single villa, apartment or other property. Each additional property is given an additional and separate display page. Preferential rates apply for every additional property, and Medwelcome reserves the right to adjust any display page that advertises more than one property (for preferential rates, click here)
Cessation of Advertising
6. Medwelcome reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any property displayed if in its opinion the content is inappropriate or inaccurate or if any seemingly reasonable complaint has been received or if the information displayed does not comply with legal requirements or the established norms of the website.
Materials Submitted
7. All materials submitted to Medwelcome for the purpose of producing display pages on its website become the property of Medwelcome and it will be under no obligation to return such materials to the owner or his agent.
Quality of Service
8. Medwelcome will endeavour to maintain the highest level of service with regard to such areas as response times, approving and reproducing display pages, making alterations as requested by the advertiser, and maintaining continuity of website display, but as factors outside its control may intervene, Medwelcome cannot guarantee that delays or interruptions in service will not occur.
9. It is the responsibility of advertisers to answer every enquiry promptly and accurately. Failure to maintain a prompt and appropriate response regime reflects badly on Medwelcome and deters enquirers from revisiting our site, thus damaging our business and that of our other advertisers. All genuine enquiries should be answered with the minimum possible delay, whether or not the property is available for the enquirer's chosen dates.
10. Medwelcome will not pass on or otherwise in any way provide information given by you as the Property Owner or Agent to any third party for promotional, commercial or marketing purposes. Medwelcome takes all reasonable steps to ensure that such information is stored securely.
